Megan Slay

Megan Slay is a pianist and teacher based in Richmond, Virginia. She recently earned the Doctor of Musical Arts degree and has several years of experience teaching piano to students of various ages and levels.

Megan’s teaching emphasizes strong fundamentals, musical expression, and confidence at the keyboard, while encouraging curiosity and a genuine love for music. In addition to teaching, she is an active performer and collaborative pianist, working with instrumentalists and vocalists in a wide range of styles and repertoire.

Megan is passionate about helping students grow both musically and personally through thoughtful, supportive instruction.
